Thank you for your order! We sincerely hope you love the items you ordered, and while returns are rare, we understand that sometimes things may not be quite the right fit for your needs. Online orders are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees, both directions) -- To qualify, products MUST be returned within 10 days after the date of delivery, and must be unused, in unopened, original packaging and in original condition with any associated tags attached. Paper items such as journals and notebooks must not show creases, damage or signs of use. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original condition.

Please note, Art prints, Grocery, and Apothecary items are not eligible for return.

While we do keep a wide variety of prints and sizes in-stock in our gallery, the majority of our prints are custom made-to-order.

Please allow approximately 4-5 business days for in-stock prints to shop.

Please allow approximately 10-12 business days for custom made-to-order prints to ship.

For framed prints, please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for shipment.

Unframed prints will ship via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated 2-4 days transit.

Framed prints will ship via UPS Ground, with an estimated 5-10 business days transit.

We offer Free Shipping on all artwork orders over $120.00.

Print Orders less than $120.00 will be charged $15.00 flat rate shipping.

As an Artist-led gallery, each custom made print is Artist directed. Your print will arrive with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. The Certificate of Authenticity will include specific information about your print including the print number (Limited Editions) as well as print type (ex. Giclee, Chromogenic, Gelatin Silver) and paper type.

Yes, unless otherwise noted, our frames are custom made-to-order and include a UV protective face, paper backing, and wire mounting hardware.

Although it may vary by print, our frames are typically available in black, white, or natural wood. If you are looking for a different frame material (ex. silver or gold) please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss custom framing options.

Yes! Your Fine Art Framed + Matted prints will arrive ready to hang with paper backing, felt bumpers, and wire mounting hardware already installed.

Please note, prints framed without mattes will also arrive ready-to-hang, however may not have paper backing, felt bumpers, and wire mounting hardware installed, due to the nature of the framing style.

Our Limited Edition prints can be presented in our distinctive California Collection style. California Collection prints are printed full-bleed (no border or matte) on a vibrant Metallic photographic paper with a UV and scratch protective coating. The work is presented without glass to reveal the subtle dynamics of the paper tone and quality.

Custom frames are made to hug the print, without a matte. The depth of the frame is approx. 1"+ making them easy to hang without mounting hardware.
